HotSpot Tethering is a free Android App , it can easily manage and switch your portable Wi-Fi hotspot, even share files. There are some Android APK we recommand to use with:  Zxing QRCode Scanner App (APK Download) : This is a Google github project, open source and can scan to tether Wi-Fi hotspot directly. Google Play App for Android 2.3 (Google Search): Google Play had stopped support for Android 2.2 or earlier, but Android 2.3X still works by updating Play store app. If Need, user could consider to search and download one apk to install (still need notice the risk of security).

Some manufactures custom the reboot permission for Android system so that we have to grant it manually. This time we tried out on MIUI 12.0.4 and recommand the following setup: Click Here To Translate this page 1. Enable the event rule of "Turn ON AP at device booted" in our app   2. Long press the app desktop icon, tap "App Info" item then grant the "Autostart" permission, and set the "Battery saver" to be "No restriction" 3. For unknown reason in miui12.0.4 we found the "Accessibility" of app should be enabled to stable our boot-event rule working. Tap the editbox in main page of app -> When the permission asked, tap Go -> Tap the "Downloaded services" -> find our app and enable the Accessibility.   4. This app should be downloaded from Google Play Store and can work on Android 2.2 or later devices without root. User can directly toggle the hotspot or plan to toggle the hotspot automatically by a series of events or your schedule rules. It can work fine on Android 8/Oreo or later system.  From version V4.31X, 2020/8, user can edit or manage more than one hotspots and easily change among them by a very few taps.
