[HotSpot Tethering App] How to setup for the "Turn ON AP at device booted" event rule on MIUI12/Android 10 system

Some manufactures custom the reboot permission for Android system so that we have to grant it manually. This time we tried out on MIUI 12.0.4 and recommand the following setup:

1. Enable the event rule of "Turn ON AP at device booted" in our app

2. Long press the app desktop icon, tap "App Info" item then grant the "Autostart" permission, and set the "Battery saver" to be "No restriction"

3. For unknown reason in miui12.0.4 we found the "Accessibility" of app should be enabled to stable our boot-event rule working. Tap the editbox in main page of app -> When the permission asked, tap Go -> Tap the "Downloaded services" -> find our app and enable the Accessibility.

4. Reboot phone and verify, if our app runs successfully, the "App behavior" page in the "App Info" of the app would show "Once" sub caption on the top of the timeline, and a blue item "This app autostarted" would be displayed. If your device does not show this item, please remove and re-install our app, and then redo the steps (1~4) above.

We try at least 3 times and success finally and don't know whether it is a bug of MIUI12, we'll continuously notice this issue. :)
