HotSpot Tethering is a free Android App , it can easily manage and switch your portable Wi-Fi hotspot, even share files. There are some Android APK we recommand to use with:  Zxing QRCode Scanner App (APK Download) : This is a Google github project, open source and can scan to tether Wi-Fi hotspot directly.
