Announce Usage for the app "Accessibility" Settings

 Because third-party apps CANNOT directly set system hotspot since Android 8, on Android 8 or higher devices user need enable this app's "Accessibility" in the system settings to edit and manage the system hotspot for the device.

        Accessibility function is designed to provide easy assistance to users who have trouble using mobile phones, please enable this function for Android 8 and later devices, so that this program can configure the system Wi-Fi hotspot for the device.

        Program will ask you at the proper time to demonstrate the steps to configure the system hotspot, and the operations you performed will be remembered for the further use to automatically set the system hotspot from your request. You can at any time disable this function; or launch the app and clean the steps which saved.

        Except for the above purpose, this program will not use this accessibility function for any other purpose, please use it with peace of mind. 

        On Android 7 or early device will not have any effect when this setting is turned on, this program will directly ignore.

        If user does not grant the app "Accessibility" setting on Android 8 or later device, the hotspot editor function of the this cannot be use, but the other functions of the app will run as usual.

How to avoid Android 10 on low-end devices forcibly closes app after screen was locked
